This is one of those pieces that deserves to be viewed from every angle.
Carved from natural Moss Agate, this substantial display sculpture features an intricately detailed dragon winding through a dramatic mountain-like landscape. The carving incorporates detailed wings, scales, sweeping curves, dimensional rock formations and carefully carved openings that allow light to pass through portions of the stone.
The stone itself is just as interesting as the carving. Translucent gray, soft lavender, cream and smoky areas are scattered with deep green moss-like inclusions, giving every section of the sculpture a different appearance.
Some portions have been polished to reveal the depth and translucency of the agate, while other areas retain a more textured appearance that complements the carved mountain scene.

Please review all photographs, including the close-up and side views, as they are an important part of the description.
Natural stone may contain inclusions, pits, fissures, color variation and other naturally occurring characteristics. These are part of the individual stone rather than indications that every surface will be perfectly uniform.
